The Lawrence family has gained a new member.

On Monday, Trevor Lawrence, the star quarterback of the Jacksonville Jaguars, and his wife Marissa shared the news of the birth of their first child, Shae Lynn Lawrence, in an Instagram post.

The Lawrence family is loved by their parents so much, as expressed in the caption of their post featuring pictures of them together.

On January 4th at 4:01 a.m., Shae Lynn entered the world, weighing 10 pounds and 2 ounces.

Trevor was seen in photos carrying his baby girl in a car seat and wearing a "Girl Dad" hat outside the hospital.

The Jaguars' franchise quarterback has a new priority to focus on off the field as he receives love from both his parents.

Lawrence, a 25-year-old, had a tumultuous 2024 campaign that ended abruptly due to a season-ending AC joint sprain in his left shoulder.

Lawrence faced more challenges in the 10 games he played this season than he did in the second half of the 2023 campaign. He had a record of 2-8 in his 10 starts, with a total of 2,045 yards thrown, 11 touchdowns, and seven interceptions.

Since his rookie season, Lawrence's 60.6% completion rate was the lowest mark he's had.

The Jaguars finished 4-13 in the 2021 season, with Lawrence's backup Mac Jones taking over the rest of the way. They are set to pick fifth overall in the 2025 NFL Draft, hoping to add top talent to return to the playoffs.

Lawrence and his wife prioritize their parenting duties over football, putting on their "helmets" to spend quality time with their daughter before Trevor's fifth NFL season in 2025.
