In late 2024, Sydney Thomas gained notoriety on social media as a ring girl during Jake Paul's bout against Mike Tyson.

As her popularity grew, Thomas encountered some oddness. In a recent podcast interview, she disclosed that an SEC college football coach had slid into her direct messages.

Another SEC football team coach sent her a direct message with the phrase "Roll Tide."

"I won't reveal the coach's name, but they are now an Alabama fan. Let others determine their identity."

The coach's identity remains a secret, as the University of Alabama student never disclosed it.

Since being seen at the Tyson-Paul fight in November, Thomas has amassed thousands of followers on social media. To conclude the year, she penned a "love letter" to 2024 and shared it on Instagram.

She wrote a love letter to 2024, expressing her hope for a year of love, growth, discovery, and change. As she looked forward to 2025, she reminded herself to count her blessings and hold her loved ones close.
