On Monday, Steve Kerr, a staunch critic of President Donald Trump, opted not to watch the inauguration of the 47th president of the United States.

Did Kerr watch any festivities before the team played the Boston Celtics?

He revealed to reporters that he did not watch the inauguration and instead opted to watch Celtics tape. He also stated that he enjoyed playing on Martin Luther King Jr. Day.

Since Kerr took over as head coach, the Warriors suffered their worst home loss. The Celtics won against the Warriors, 125-85.

Kerr, a sports figure, had been one of Trump's biggest critics. He spoke at the Democratic National Convention in August, supporting Vice President Harris in the election.

Kerr announced that he would be assisting people in voting on November 5th and electing Kamala Harris and Tim Walz as the next president and vice president of the United States.

"Once the tallies are in, we can say to Donald Trump, 'Night, night!' as Steph Curry would."

Trump won the election to become the first president since Grover Cleveland to serve two non-consecutive terms.
