On September 15, 1963, the Alou brothers, Felipe, Jesus, and Matty, all played in the outfield during a game. This was the first and only time in MLB history that an outfield was entirely composed of brothers.

Two brothers, Mort and Walker Cooper, have won the World Series with the Cardinals, making history as the only siblings to win multiple titles with the same team. They first achieved this feat in 1942 and again in 1944.

In 1934, the Cardinals won the World Series with the help of brothers Dizzy and Paul Dean.

Jim and Gaylord Perry are noteworthy MLB teammates and siblings. They are the only brotherly duo to have won the Cy Young Award, as per MLB.

According to the professional baseball league, only Lloyd and Paul Waner are the MLB brothers who were both inducted into the Hall of Fame as players.

The San Francisco Giants have had several sets of twins playing on their MLB team, with the most recent being pitchers Taylor and Tyler Rogers.

There are several sets of MLB twins who have played for the same team, including Joe and Red Shannon with the Braves in 1915, Eddie and Johnny O'Brien with the Pirates from 1953 to 1958, and Jose and Ozzie Canseco with the Athletics in 1990.
