The O.H.I.O. Sportsmanship Act was proposed by Ohio state Rep. Josh Williams following the post-game brawl between Michigan and Ohio State in December.

Both Travis and Jason Kelce expressed their displeasure with Williams’ new bill.

"The O.H.I.O. Sportsmanship Act, introduced by Ohio State representative Josh Williams on Tuesday, officially came into effect, aiming to prevent flag planting attempts and being petty as f---," Jason stated on "New Heights."

"The proposed legislation would prohibit the planting of a flagpole and flag on the Ohio State football field on the day of a college football game and name this act the O.H.I.O. Sportsmanship Act. I'm not a fan of it."

Travis stated, "The Ohio State Buckeyes symbolize to me only toughness. I believe it's just not a toughness move."

While Travis was gentle with his criticism, Jason was not.

"Feels soft," Jason said.

The former Philadelphia Eagles star believes that it was not Williams' role to intervene in the conflict between the two bitter rivals.

"It is up to the NCAA to decide, not an Ohio state representative. Get out of here, Josh," Jason said angrily.

"Are you planning to arrest him?" Travis inquired.

The Kansas City Chiefs tight end comprehends the bill's objective, even though he may not approve of it.

Travis acknowledged the desire for sportsmanship but stated that he did not want to offend anyone.

"Although fist fights are unnecessary and escalate tensions, this situation is causing a lot of commotion. However, shout out to the Buckeyes and Wolverines."

Jason concurred with his sibling that fistfights and related activities have no place, but he opposes the bill that may diminish the enjoyable aspects of college football rivalries.

Jason stated that the rivalries are often petty and unappealing, and he doesn't think they're cool. He believes that the best parts of rivalries occur when dumb things happen, such as this incident. Jason acknowledged that the situation was excessive, with full-on fist fights and tear gas being used.

According to a statement from Ohio State police, multiple officers representing Ohio and Michigan deployed pepper spray in the melee, resulting in multiple Michigan players rubbing their eyes.

In a social media post, Williams stated that he was "pleased" to present the bill, emphasizing that "behavior that incites violent fights and endangers law enforcement officers has no place on the football field."

Planting a flag at midfield at Ohio State is now a felony.

The Big Ten Conference fined both schools $100,000 for violating its sportsmanship policy.
