Another reviewer mentioned that they bought a copy of the book after seeing AJ Brown reading it during the Packers game. They couldn't wait to start reading it.
After the game, Brown decided to read the book on the sidelines.
"He stated that he consistently returns to the start of the book, which emphasizes that having a clear mind and remembering that nothing else matters, having a clear conscience, and being willing to take risks are essential. Additionally, the book highlights the importance of humility in avoiding embarrassment."
The title of Murphy's book is "Inner Excellence: Train Your Mind for Extraordinary Performance and the Best Possible Life."
The Chicago Cubs briefly employed the author as a minor league infielder. Later, he became fascinated with teaching baseball players how to maintain confidence during high-pressure situations, as reported by The Associated Press.
Things skyrocketed from there.
Brown stated that he typically carries the book with him during games. He admitted Sunday night was the first time he was caught.
He had one catch for 10 yards in the Eagles’ win.
