The NFL playoffs bring emotions out of everyone.

At GEHA Field at Arrowhead Stadium, during the playoff game between the Kansas City Chiefs and the Houston Texans, gospel vocalist Lanell Lightfoot sang the national anthem, causing star player Chris Jones to break into tears.

During the national anthem before the Chiefs' Super Bowl win over the 49ers last season, Jones cried, which was not the first time he had done so.

The Texans, who defeated the Los Angeles Chargers in the wild-card round, will now face the Kansas City Chiefs in the AFC divisional round.

The Chiefs and Texans have met twice in the last month, with their most recent game occurring in Week 16.

The Chiefs won 27-19 against the Texans in the same game that was played in Kansas City.

Jones had two tackles in the win.

Jones was named a Pro Bowler and to the first-team All-Pro team.

It was the third straight season he was named an All-Pro.

This season, Jones accumulated 5 sacks, 37 tackles, 20 quarterback hits, and a forced fumble in 15 games.

Despite missing the last two games of the regular season due to a calf injury, he is ready to play in the playoffs since the Chiefs received a bye in the wild-card round as the No. 1 seed in the AFC.

In the first quarter, C.J. Stroud was sacked by Jones.
