On Monday night, Jake Paul and Mike Tyson, who were once enemies in the ring, appeared to be best friends as they celebrated President Trump's inauguration.

During the Starlight Ball, Tyson was seen on Paul's shoulders, enjoying the festivities alongside other revelers as Trump was inaugurated as the 47th president of the United States.

During Trump's election campaign, Paul was a significant backer. He was present at the inauguration at the Capitol Rotunda in Washington earlier in the day. He was accompanied by his brother, Logan, and UFC star Conor McGregor as they traveled to the event via bus.

He also fired off two posts on X as Trump was sworn in.

"Unity is the focus today. Fists down, togetherness up. Proud to be here. God bless America," wrote Paul.

He stated that any American who does not support Trump after his speech is unpatriotic and does not have the country's best interests at heart.

Tyson's support for Trump during the 2016 campaign was rooted in their longstanding relationship, which began when Trump owned casinos in Atlantic City and Tyson was a prominent boxer.

In November, Tyson and Paul engaged in a Netflix showdown, with Paul emerging victorious via unanimous decision.
