Wynonna Judd's daughter was arrested again for the third time in a row, this time for allegedly stealing a church van.
Seven charges have been filed against Grace Kelley, the daughter of Wynonna Judd, following her arrest in Virginia.
Grace Kelley, the daughter of Wynonna Judd, was arrested in October and is facing seven charges, according to Albemarle County, Virginia authorities.
Kelley, 28, was accused of stealing a church van and trailer, and also faces charges of driving without a license, destruction of property with intent, failure to use headlights, and setting in motion a vehicle with intent to commit a crime.
In recent months, Kelley, 28, has been arrested three times.
On Sunday, October 27, 2024, at approximately 6:34 pm, the Albemarle County Police Department received a report of a stolen vehicle in the 3700 block of Rolling Road in Scottsville, according to officials.
"Grace Pauline Kelley, a 28-year-old woman, was arrested and charged with three counts of felony grand larceny, driving without a license, destruction of property with intent, failure to use headlights, and setting in motion a vehicle with intent to commit a crime. The incident occurred at approximately 6:43 pm in the area of Massie Branch Lane where the vehicle came to a stop."
Authorities confirmed Kelley is still detained at the Albemarle-Charlottesville Regional Jail.
Pastor Kent Hart wrote on a crowdfunding site that the church had forgiven Kelley "on a personal level."
Despite the loss we've experienced, we're hoping the community will assist us, he stated.
"We are not certain what we would gain from Grace as a replacement, and we are not heading in that direction. Instead, we are simply pardoning her and relying on the Lord to meet our requirements."
In August, Kelley was arrested and placed in Georgia's Carroll County Jail on three misdemeanor charges: evading police, driving with a suspended/revoked license, and using motorcycle equipment incorrectly, according to Planet Chronicle Digital.
It is unclear if and when Kelley will appear in court after being released on a $2,750 bond.
Months after being arrested for exposing herself on a busy highway intersection in Alabama in April, she was arrested again.
On April 5, Kelley was arrested and charged with three misdemeanors, including soliciting prostitution, indecent exposure, and obstructing governmental operations, after allegedly exposing her breasts and lower body at a busy intersection of Interstate 65 and Highway 14.
In 2017, Kelley was convicted of manufacturing, delivering, selling, and possessing methamphetamine. She was subsequently sentenced to jail after leaving a court-ordered drug recovery program and violating her probation.
In 2017, Kelley started serving an eight-year sentence, but was released six years early and put on parole.
A representative from Wynonna Judd was contacted by Planet Chronicle Digital for a comment.
