Jennifer Lopez "comprehended" the intricacies of a hazardous relationship for her part in a wrestling biopic.

Jennifer Lopez drew upon her own experiences to fully comprehend her portrayal of a wrestler in the film "Unstoppable."

Judy Robles, portrayed by Lopez, 55, is the focus of a sports biopic that follows the journey of her son, wrestler Anthony Robles, who overcame numerous obstacles to become an NCAA champion despite being born with one leg.

In the film, Jharrel Jerome portrays Anthony, who faces his own difficulties, while the matriarch of the movie raises four children and deals with an abusive and unfaithful husband, played by Bobby Cannavale.

Lopez, currently going through a divorce with her estranged husband Ben Affleck, acknowledged her ability to understand Judy's decision to remain in a harmful relationship.

Lopez revealed to Entertainment Weekly that there was a lot about her that he understood. He also shared that there were different sides to him that the kids didn't see, but only Judy saw.
