Rosie O'Donnell prays for her daughter to receive assistance in turning her life around following her most recent arrest.
Previously, Chelsea O'Donnell faced charges of child neglect and drug possession.
After being arrested for a third time, Rosie O'Donnell's daughter is facing additional drug charges.
Chelsea O'Donnell was charged with two counts of felony possession of methamphetamine and narcotic drugs, as well as two counts of possession/illegally obtaining prescription drugs and resisting/obstructing an officer, according to court records viewed by Planet Chronicle Digital.
Chelsea also now faces two felony charges of bail jumping.
Rosie expressed her hope that her daughter receives the assistance she requires after addressing her recent arrest on Instagram.
Chelsea, who was bailed out by her birth mother and later arrested for drug addiction, is facing many charges and we all hope she gets the help she needs to turn her life around.

Chelsea was arrested in Marinette and Oconto County in September and October for child neglect and drug possession. The officer ran her information and discovered she was out on bond for separate charges.
A "clear smoking device" containing residue that tested positive for methamphetamine was found on Chelsea, according to the documents.
On Nov. 25, Planet Chronicle Digital confirmed that Chelsea's bond of $7,500 was paid off.
Chelsea was assigned an attorney and a preliminary hearing was scheduled for Dec. 11. She was bailed out by her birth mother, as per Rosie's social media post.
Court documents obtained by Planet Chronicle Digital reveal that Chelsea, 27, was previously charged with multiple felony counts on both Oct. 14 and Sept. 17.
