Zach Bryan's ex-girlfriend alleges emotional abuse and claims she was offered $12 million to sign an NDA.
Brianna Chickenfry, an influencer, stated that she refused to sign an NDA and accept the country star's payment following their breakup.
Brianna LaPaglia, known as Brianna Chickenfry, is alleging that her ex-boyfriend, country star Zach Bryan, engaged in emotional abuse during their relationship. Additionally, she claims that he offered her $12 million to sign a nondisclosure agreement.
Two weeks after Bryan announced their breakup, LaPaglia made accusations against him.
""I have had a challenging year and decided it would be best for both of us to part ways," he wrote in his October social media post."
He added, "I am not perfect and never will be."
She couldn't comprehend how someone could love someone "unconditionally through things that are not right because they just love them, like they see the good in them" and then be rejected in a short period of time.
LaPaglia stated that she was not ready to discuss the details of the breakup, as she required time to privately heal first.
On Thursday, she continued on the podcast, "Last week, I didn't want to discuss the matter because I was scared, so I said, 'Let's talk about public stuff instead,' and still said 'F--- your money,' but you made the women before me feel like they had no other choice but to take money from you, sign their experiences away, and sign what they went through away. You get to go off and sing your little f---ing songs on stage like you're a good guy."

"I’m a lot stronger than a weak man. F--- you, f--- your money." — Brianna LaPaglia
During the podcast's introduction, they played a video that LaPaglia filmed a week ago, claiming that after the breakup, she was approached by his team and offered a substantial sum of money. She would have received the money in installments over three years, had to sign all her experiences with the person, and would have been monitored throughout the process. At the end of three years, she would have received a large lump sum of money.
She considered borrowing the money but decided she's financially independent and doesn't need "tainted funds."
LaPaglia stated that she never accepted any money, asserting that it was beneath her.
The end of our relationship was partly my fault because I kept showing up and loving even when I shouldn't have. I think many people do this, but if you're not getting the love you give, you need to walk away.
She considered it a "blessing" since she admitted she didn't know how long she would have remained with him if not for it.
After going on tour with the "Something in the Orange" singer and sacrificing her time, she was dropped off in New York to do her own tour for a few days. However, their interaction felt "abrupt" and "weird."
After the "toughest year of his life," he decided to "rest and relax" at home instead of going with her, which she understood.
Although they spoke daily while she was on tour, she was content. However, her happiness waned when he ceased responding to her calls and began traveling for other purposes.
Out of nowhere, she claimed he had texted her and said, "'Actually, I can't do this anymore.' While she was touring."
She said that he told her to move out without any discussion, despite their previous conversations about marriage and starting a family together.
"I take a two-week break to recharge, but when I return, I'm met with 'Pack your bags'? I'm devastated," she exclaimed.
After she returned home, she began to doubt herself, and he persistently invaded her thoughts with negative thoughts.
""I believe that relationships should never involve constantly worrying about upsetting or causing conflict with your significant other," she stated."
She took him back after he begged her, but he never apologized.
She said that they went to Boston for her live show, but a lot of terrible things occurred that night, which she didn't want to discuss in detail. They had discussed resolving the issue, but he gave her the "cold shoulder," and he stated he was returning to Oklahoma.
She explained, "It was always hot and cold, and I never knew which version I'd get."
The last time she saw him, he refused to give her a hug and accused her of being "dramatic" when she said it felt like the end of their relationship.

After discussing the breakup over text, she revealed that he had agreed to let her decide whether to go public with it. However, hours later, she learned from her friends that he had created a profile on the dating app Raya.
In the video, she stated that therapy is what you need, not Raya.
LaPaglia took a break from social media to heal, but was shocked when Bryan announced their breakup on social media, which she believes he did because he was "caught" on Raya.
She revealed her breakup to everyone through her Instagram.
She never received a proper goodbye, but she stated that she received "his team reaching out to me about settlements and him reaching out to me only when Dave Portnoy discussed him online."
"I can't wait to move forward and heal from this," she said, adding, "I don't need your money, bro."
In the podcast, Portnoy stated that the offer was worth $12 million, which he considered as "life-changing money."
The three co-hosts debated whether she should accept the money, and ultimately decided to reject it in favor of going to war with Bryan on the podcast, where they created a diss track about him.
She mentioned that in addition to the $12 million increase, his team also offered her a house or a New York apartment.

Bryan allegedly controlled what she wore and what she posted on social media.
LaPaglia believed that giving her money was his last attempt to maintain control over her and portray himself as a benevolent ex-partner.
LaPaglia claimed that he smashed some glass during a birthday party, where he allegedly lashed out at her friends without reason. His anger was said to have gotten out of control several times, including at this party, as per her claims. His aunt tried to calm him down, but he didn't succeed.
