Testimonies from the Murdaugh trial reveal what happened in the courtroom.
Juror Z stated that Clerk of Court Becky Hill appeared to believe that Murdaugh was "already guilty."
In the latest Fox Nation exclusive, two jurors from the Alex Murdaugh double murder trial will reveal the behind-the-scenes events that took place during South Carolina's trial of the century, which will be available on Tuesday.
The "Egg juror" and "Juror Z," who was dismissed and influenced by Clerk of Court Becky Hill, respectively, were interviewed by Planet Chronicle' Martha MacCallum.
"I feel like I was targeted," said the "Egg juror."
Juror Z informed MaCallum that Hill engaged in conversations with the jurors in the jury room, and what Becky did was not proper.
"She gave the impression that he was already guilty," she stated.
The "Egg juror" believes the presiding judge made a mistake by dismissing her from the case after she revealed she had left a dozen eggs in the jury room.
In "The Fall of the House of Murdaugh: From Egg to Z," the duo discuss the actions of Hill that led to the verdict being called into question.
On June 7, 2021, Murdaugh was accused of murdering his wife Maggie and 22-year-old son, Paul, a crime he consistently denied.
Murdaugh, a disbarred attorney, was found guilty of committing the murders at his hunting estate to avoid a severe financial crisis.
After a brief deliberation, the jury found Murdaugh guilty and he was sentenced to life imprisonment following a tumultuous trial.
The time since the verdict was handed down has been tumultuous in its own way.
The South Carolina Supreme Court has agreed to hear Murdaugh's appeal, claiming that Becky Hill swayed the jury.
Earlier this year, Hill resigned due to allegations and is currently under investigation by the South Carolina Attorney General's Office and SLED.
