Piers Morgan, host of Fox Nation, urged President Biden to resign the presidency during his upcoming Oval Office address, stating it's a "bafflement" that he remains in office after withdrawing from the 2024 race.

During "Fox & Friends," Piers Morgan argued that Biden should resign due to concerns about his cognitive abilities, stating it would be in the best interest of the American people.

On Wednesday, Ainsley Earhardt asked Morgan who was running the country, who was the commander-in-chief, and who had their finger on the nuclear button. Morgan responded that, given Joe Biden's current state, he wouldn't trust him to open a bag of chips, let alone press a nuclear button.

"It seems confusing that Joe Biden has not yet resigned from the presidency."

On Wednesday night, Biden is anticipated to give a speech from the Oval Office regarding his choice to withdraw from the 2024 presidential race and how he intends to complete his term.

In the "best interest of my party and the country," he announced the decision to end his campaign and focus solely on fulfilling his duties as President for the remainder of his term, which he posted on X on Sunday.

Biden ‘broke up’ with America on X: Mehek Cooke

"If he truly believes in America and what's good for the country, he should resign the presidency, according to Morgan. It's absurd that he continues to lead as the commander-in-chief of the United States, and nobody thinks he's capable of doing so."

He knows that he's not cognitively up to the job anymore, and everyone else thinks he's quit. Although he knows it, he won't do what I suggest, but I believe it's the right thing to do.

Biden's refusal to resign after ending his presidential campaign has political implications for America's adversaries, as the U.S. appears "weak" on the world stage.

"Morgan stated, "I believe they're likely thinking, 'This is a defining moment for America. See how vulnerable it all appears?' He's struggling as president, and it will negatively impact both him and Kamala Harris as she tries to position herself as the future of the Democrat Party.""

Despite any gaffes, mistakes, or falls that Joe Biden may have during his speeches, he remains the president of the United States and the leader of the Democrat Party. Therefore, none of this works on every level.

On Tuesday, the president made his first public appearance in six days at Dover Air Force Base upon returning to the capital from his home in Rehoboth Beach, Delaware.

He responded to one reporter's question, stating that he is "doing well" following a negative COVID-19 test result.

'The Five': Biden emerges from isolation as questions mount over his fitness to serve

Biden had not made a public appearance since the previous week. On Monday, he made a brief phone call to the campaign headquarters of Vice President Kamala Harris, who is now the presumptive Democratic nominee, to discuss his decision to withdraw from the 2024 presidential election.

If Biden is unable to campaign for a second term, critics have accused him of being unable to serve the remainder of his term. Morgan has accused the mainstream media of protecting him and deceiving the American people about his cognitive abilities.

The mainstream media in America conspired to deceive the public about Joe Biden's reality, according to the argument.
