During a tense exchange on CNN, Scott Jennings of The Hill says that nobody believes Harris' defense of Biden's health.
On Thursday, CNN ended Harris's prolonged interview hiatus.
According to CNN commentator Scott Jennings, it is widely accepted that Vice President Kamala Harris' claim about President Biden's health being good throughout his administration is not true.
Jennings remarked that it was intriguing that she didn't accept responsibility for informing the American people that Joe Biden was healthy and strong, despite the fact that he was not, which is why he dropped out of the race.
On Thursday, Harris broke her long interview hiatus by speaking with CNN's Dana Bash. During the conversation, the vice president defended her role in the Biden administration and asserted that her values remain unchanged despite numerous policy shifts.
"He stated that she still stands by the belief that he is strong and fine, but nobody agrees with this viewpoint."
Ashley Allison, a former Biden staffer, stated that she agrees with Jennings' assertion that Biden is in good health.
"Then why isn’t he running?" Jennings said.
Harris admitted to pursuing a continuation of Biden's policies, according to Jennings.
Harris is making it clear that she will continue Biden's economic policy and uphold his record, without expressing any remorse or regret for their past actions, according to Jennings.
Harris' price control plan was also mentioned by Jennings, who continued to attribute inflation to the "fantasy price gouging idea." He added that she had no further thoughts on the country's economic situation or any actions taken beyond stating that Biden and she had done well.
He stated that he didn't think Harris' campaign strategy was sustainable.
The grocery industry may face higher prices due to Rep. Michael Rulli's view of Harris' proposal as a "nail in the coffin," while Catherine Rampell of the Washington Post sees it as a potential price increase.
Neither the White House nor the Harris campaign provided a comment when asked by Planet Chronicle Digital.
