CNN's Van Jones says the 'Kamala Harris Democrats' have emerged, marking the end of the era of 'just died.'
On the fourth day of the DNC, Harris delivered a speech at the convention on Thursday night.
Vice President Harris' leadership at the Democratic National Convention (DNC) this week revitalized the Democratic Party, according to CNN commentator Van Jones.
After replacing President Biden as the leader of the Democratic Party, Harris accepted her party's presidential nomination on Thursday night and delivered the most significant speech of her political career.
"Jones stated that Harris' speech at the DNC on Thursday night was an implicit critique of the problems on the left, as she was fixing some issues on the left."
The Democratic Party has been emphasizing "justice, diversity, trigger warnings, and reparations for past wrongs," according to Jones, who also described the party as including "a lot of party poopers and scolds."
"Jones stated during the media panel discussion that the focus has shifted from discussing justice, which was previously admirable, to discussing freedom. He emphasized that it is not only about diversity but also about patriotism. He added that trigger warnings are no longer relevant and reparations for past wrongs are not necessary. Instead, the focus should be on fighting for the future."
""We legalized fun and put the party back in the Democratic Party, remolding the genetic makeup of the progressive movement," he said."
According to Jones, Republicans are seeking a successful confrontation with Democrats by targeting President Biden's administration and a "woke" government.
"Jones stated that these guys do not only want to fight against Biden, but they also want to engage in a battle against the left-wing ideology that has passed away and a new one that has emerged."
He informed the GOP that Democrats, led by Kamala Harris, are a distinct group for you to confront.
On the fourth day of the DNC in Chicago's United Center, Harris gave a 40-minute speech, pledging a "new way forward" if Americans choose her to succeed Biden as president.
The Republican nominee, former President Trump, should not be returned to power, according to the vice president's warning to Americans.
