TikTok earnings of Mormon wives revealed in 'Secret Lives of Mormon Wives'
TikTok has more than a million followers for Whitney Leavitt and Mayci Neeley.
The upcoming reality show "The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives" will likely shock you with its swinging, not the kind on the playground. However, when you discover the amount of money these women are making through their TikTok deals and partnerships, your jaw might just drop.
Several Mormon mom influencers are featured in a series that explores their lives after a swinging sex scandal was exposed by Taylor Frankie Paul, the self-proclaimed creator of #MomTalk.
She stunned the world when she disclosed that she and her ex-husband engaged in "soft swinging," a pact that entailed having multiple partners but not engaging in full-on sexual activity.
Leavitt told E News! that the scandal has only increased her publicity, not negatively impacted her paychecks.
But Neeley disagrees to some extent.
"Though it was somewhat of a blend, she remarked, "I hosted an event for my business launch that I featured on the show, and a few vendors nearly backed out because they were concerned about being associated with the swinging lifestyle. As a result, our reputation may have suffered slightly, but financially, I believe it had minimal impact.""
According to Leavitt, it is challenging to determine their earnings.
"Each year presents a new challenge as brand deals can fluctuate greatly. One year, you may secure a significant contract, while the next year you may not receive any offers at all. The unpredictability of these opportunities can be overwhelming."
"The type of toys or mommy products for your children will vary depending on your specialty, such as fitness and health or beauty, as stated by the soon-to-be mother of three."
"Industries differ in pay levels," Neeley stated.
Leevitt, with 2 million followers on TikTok, shared an example of a major deal she received. She stated that she was paid $20,000 to promote a sex toy on social media. However, this five-figure amount is not the highest that either she or Neeley have witnessed.
Neeley, with 1.3 million followers on TikTok, stated that we both received a deal worth $75,000 one year, although we cannot disclose what it was.
On September 6, Hulu will debut "The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives."
