Nearly six months after a federal raid, Diddy puts his LA mansion up for sale at $61M.

According to property records, Sean "Diddy" Combs put his Holmby Hills mansion on the market for $61.5 million.

In 2014, Combs, 54, bought the expansive property in the highly sought-after billionaire's row area of Los Angeles for $39 million.

According to sources, the sale of his 10-bedroom, 13-bath estate is not related to any ongoing civil litigation or investigation.

"Diddy has always planned to sell his LA home once his daughters grew up and moved out, according to the source. He is an empty nester and spends most of his time in Florida. This has nothing to do with any civil litigation or investigation."

The 1.3 acre lot, enclosed by private gates, features lush landscaping with mature trees, formal gardens, a resort-like swimming pool with waterfall and grotto, and an outdoor covered loggia, as per the listing.

The home boasts a gourmet kitchen and wine cellar, along with a separate catering kitchen. It also features a state-of-the-art theater that can seat up to 35 people.

The primary suite on the second level has dual baths and large closets, while a gallery hallway leads to guest rooms and family suites. Additionally, a two-story guest house with a gym and recording studio is available.

Neither Diddy's representatives nor Kurt Rappaport, the listing agent, responded to Planet Chronicle Digital's request for comment.

On March 25, HSI officials raided a 17,000 square foot home and another property on Star Island in Florida as part of an ongoing investigation. Home surveillance video captured two of his sons being detained by officers in tactical gear.

HSI New York, with the help of HSI Los Angeles, HSI Miami, and local law enforcement partners, executed law enforcement actions on Diddy's homes in Holmby Hills and Star Island as part of an ongoing investigation. HSI will provide further information as it becomes available.

The next day, Diddy stated his innocence and refuted the baseless accusations made against him in a statement issued through his lawyer, Aaron Dyer.

"Yesterday, there was an excessive use of military-level force during the execution of search warrants at Mr. Combs' residences. There is no justification for the hostile behavior exhibited by authorities or the way his children and employees were treated. Mr. Combs was not detained but spoke to and cooperated with authorities. Despite media speculation, neither Mr. Combs nor any of his family members have been arrested, and their ability to travel has not been restricted in any way."

The ambush, coupled with an advanced and coordinated media presence, led to a premature rush to judgment of Mr. Combs, which was nothing more than a witch hunt based on meritless accusations made in civil lawsuits.
