Jennifer Garner and Ben Affleck rekindle their friendship in Japan amid rumors of Jennifer Lopez split.
For months, rumors of a split between Ben Affleck and Jennifer Lopez have circulated.
Despite ongoing marriage issues with Jennifer Lopez, Ben Affleck and ex-wife Jennifer Garner remain united for the sake of their children.
According to a source close to Affleck, the former couple is an excellent example of co-parenting and they recently took a trip to Japan with their children, Violet, Seraphina, and Samuel.
Planet Chronicle Digital did not receive an immediate response from representatives for Garner, Affleck, and Lopez when requested for comment.
Garner, who recently revealed their daughter Violet's high school graduation and upcoming attendance at Yale, posted vacation photos on Instagram, highlighting the sights and experiences.
On the same day, which happened to be Affleck's 52nd birthday, Garner and Lopez visited him at his Los Angeles home, as seen in photos obtained by Planet Chronicle Digital.
At the Intuit Dome in Inglewood, California, Lopez danced to Bruno Mars' "Marry Me" later that night, despite not posting a tribute to her estranged husband on social media.
For months, the couple have been at the center of split rumors as they spent much of their summer on opposite sides of the country. Lopez was in the Hamptons, while Affleck was in Los Angeles.
Despite divorcing Affleck in 2018, Garner has been there to support him through his struggles with addiction and his tumultuous relationship with Lopez.
The actress posted a hopeful message on social media in June, stating that the difficult times would eventually improve.
Garner posted a poem titled "it gets better" by Cleo Wade on her Instagram story, which begins with the line "you will not have the blues forever."
She posted a video of Whitney Houston singing "Where Do Broken Hearts Go," which contains lyrics such as "Where do broken hearts go? Can they find their way home / Back to the open arms / Of a love that's waiting there?" shortly after sharing the poem.
Lopez's 55th birthday party on July 2 was a turning point in the state of her marriage with Affleck, as he did not attend the luxurious "Bridgerton"-themed celebration.
"A source informed Planet Chronicle Digital last month that Ben did not attend Jennifer's birthday celebration because they have ended their relationship. The source stated that Ben is completely done with Jennifer and they are not planning to reunite."
On the same day, the Academy Award-winning actor-director closed escrow on his new $20.5 million home in Los Angeles, while the Grammy Award-winning Lopez reportedly finalized the sale of her New York City condo.
"The source stated that they are not communicating at the moment. If she wants to speak with his children, she directly approaches the kids, and the same applies to him."
In "The Greatest Love Story Never Told," Affleck was depicted reluctantly dealing with the public scrutiny that accompanied the couple when they first began dating in the early 2000s.
Lopez is working on both her new album "This is Me…Now" and a high-concept music film titled "This is Me…Now: A Love Story."
Affleck stated that Jen was inspired by the experience, which is how artists work. They draw inspiration from their personal lives, which moves them. As a writer and director, Affleck also gets inspired by his personal life, but he keeps things private because they are sacred and special.
"So, this was something of an adjustment for me."
In an interview on Kevin Hart's Peacock show "Hart to Heart," Affleck discussed his struggle to adapt to Lopez's fame and confessed that he doesn't enjoy the attention.
"Jennifer Lopez is a famous person who creates something people love, and she represents something important to people," Affleck said. "People are like, 'Hey, I like your movie,' and then they're like 'Ah! J-Lo!' It's amazing, you know what I mean?"
While strolling through Times Square in New York City with Lopez and their blended family, Affleck remarked that the fan attention was "crazy."
"We were going to a play, but I was like, 'F--- it, babe, we're going to be late, we gotta walk a block and a half.' She was like, 'Alright,' and didn't say anything. We got out with her and the kids through Times Square, and the s--- was like f---ing bananas."
Affleck discussed his overt facial expressions in the conversation, which frequently draw attention in paparazzi photos.
"He stated that he doesn't enjoy a lot of attention. As a result, people often perceive him as angry when they see him, prompting them to ask, "Why is this guy always so upset?" The reason for this is that someone had their camera pointed at him, causing him to feel uncomfortable and frustrated."
Earlier this year, rumors emerged that the couple had split after going 47 days without being seen together. Since then, they have only been spotted together on rare occasions, such as school graduations for Affleck's children, Violet and Samuel. Lopez, who shares 16-year-old twins, Max and Emme, with ex-husband Marc Anthony, has not been seen with Affleck in a long time.
According to a recent source, the two frequently clash over their parenting approaches.
"According to the source, the couple has had disagreements regarding their differing views on child-rearing."

In 2002, Affleck and Lopez became engaged after meeting on the set of their film "Gigli." However, their wedding, which was scheduled for 2004, was canceled at the last minute.
In Las Vegas, Lopez and Affleck got married in a surprise wedding ceremony twenty years later.
Lopez revealed in her documentary that she ended her engagement to Affleck over 20 years ago.
"Lopez revealed that he and Ben broke up three days before their wedding due to the pressure. They both thought they could handle it, but ultimately crumbled. People often believe they can handle tough situations, but when they occur, it can be difficult to cope. If you're like Lopez, you might shake off the problem and move forward, but it's important to acknowledge and address the issue to prevent it from happening again."
