"Tuesday greetings! I must confess, I've been struggling with my workout routine lately. With my busy travel and work schedule, physical and mental challenges such as body pain and menopause, it's been a daily challenge for me."
I stay motivated by forcing myself to workout, knowing that I'll always feel better afterward. However, lately, it feels like my body is fighting against me during workouts.

This week on the pod, I am joined by Dr. Mary Claire Haver, a menopause expert, to discuss menopause in depth. We cover topics such as brain fog, hot flashes, and low libido, among others.
""I am thrilled to discuss a topic that all women will eventually experience!" she exclaimed."
In the video that Garth shared, Haver and she discussed the effects of brain fog.
Garth stated, "The brain fog is often an unrecognized struggle that many people face."

These things happen to us from time to time, such as not being able to find a word or remember a name.

"Because they feel inadequate," Garth said.

"It's scary," Garth said.
