Gwen Stefani cancels Atlantic City concert due to recent injury after consulting doctors: "I'm so sorry"
Before the year concludes, three more performances are scheduled for 'The Voice' coach.
Gwen Stefani announced the cancellation of an upcoming concert due to an undisclosed recent injury.
On Saturday, the singer announced on Instagram Stories that she wouldn't be able to perform at her scheduled tour stop in Atlantic City, New Jersey, next weekend.
Due to a recent injury and after consulting with my doctors, I have been advised that I am unable to perform on August 17 at Hard Rock Live at Etess Arena in Atlantic City.
As soon as possible, we are planning to reschedule the show and I deeply apologize.
She stated that Ticketmaster would send an email to ticket holders once the new show was announced, and that the current tickets would still be valid for the new date.
Stefani's website indicates that she has three more tour stops planned before the year ends.
The Grammy Award winner will perform at three music festivals in September and October 2024.

Stefani collaborated with Ryan Tedder and Anderson .Paak on the official song for the 2024 Paris Olympics, titled "Hello World," for The Coca-Cola Company and the International Olympic Committee.
"Hello World" was released on July 25, the day before the Paris Olympics' opening ceremony, and was performed by Stefani and Paak, who wrote and produced the song.
Stefani announced in a People magazine statement that "Hello World" for Paris 2024 has been officially launched in partnership with the Coca-Cola Company and the International Olympic Committee (IOC).
She added, "We hope 'Hello World' inspires positivity as the world unites to celebrate the Olympic Games."
Stefani commemorated the partnership on Instagram on July 28 by posting a video of her and Paak dancing and embracing while performing "Hello World" in front of the Olympic rings.
"I am honored to have collaborated on "Hello World" with @anderson._paak and @ryantedder for the Olympics. Stream it now! 💕 gx."
Stefani is back as a coach on "The Voice," alongside Snoop Dogg, Reba McEntire, and Michael Bublé.
Blake Shelton, a California native, served as a coach on "The Voice" for 23 seasons before leaving the show in May 2023.
In February, the duet "Purple Irises" was released, featuring collaboration between Stefani and Shelton.
Season 26 of "The Voice" will premiere Sept. 23 on NBC.
