Blake Lively Heats Up Promotion for 'It Ends with Us' with Photos
During the 'It Ends with Us' press tour, Lively showcased floral elements in several of her outfits.
‘It Ends with Us’
At a press event for her new movie, "It Ends with Us," Blake Lively walked the red carpet in a white suit without a top.
The movie's suit has white flowers embroidered on the pants and jacket, a theme that Lively has emphasized while promoting the film, as she is a florist in the movie.
She adorned her look with strappy green heels, multiple rings, and large, green statement earrings.
Sparkling in the spotlight
At the U.K. premiere of the movie, Lively looked stunning in a strapless fitted Tamara Ralph dress with a semi-plunging neckline, blending in perfectly with the white carpet and backdrop.
As she walked the carpet, the crystal-encrusted gown sparkled, with the top of the dress featuring colorful crystals in the shape of cherries and orchids, continuing the design on the skirt.
She wore her hair in big curls, draped over her left shoulder, and paired it with a red faux-fur cape that reached the floor.
It's Blake
Britney Spears' 2002 Versace dress was worn by the "Gossip Girl" star at the New York premiere of "It Ends with Us."
"Lively wrote on her Instagram story, "Britney, you inspired us millennials to sparkle and share our stories. Your strength, joy, and hard work made us want to shine and inspire awe. Thank you for your example and contribution to women telling their stories. We're excited about your biopic and all you have to come.""
The dress has a one-shoulder neckline and is adorned with multicolored sequined floral designs throughout.
White floral
In New York City, a lively crowd turned their heads when they spotted her in a black and white polka dot Oscar de la Renta dress. She complemented the look with colorful floral pants and a matching Christopher John cape.
In the new movie "It Ends with Us," Lively plays Lily Bloom, a young woman whose life is disrupted when her relationship becomes abusive. She shares the screen with Justin Baldoni, who portrays the male lead and also directed the film.
"The actress believes that the film is crucial to be made because as an actor, she rarely gets the chance to portray a woman who experiences the full range of the female or human experience. She finds it beautiful to depict the messiness of the human experience, as it makes people feel seen and not isolated. This is how she felt when she read Lily."
Black floral
Lively posed for photos outside the "CBS Morning Show" studio, wearing a flower-embellished jacket and high-waisted shorts that matched the theme.
In May 2022, Lively disclosed in a Vogue interview for their "Life in Looks" YouTube video that she has never collaborated with a stylist and enjoys creating her own outfits.
"I am incredibly thankful for the opportunity to wear elaborate costumes. I am fortunate to have access to the most skilled and talented individuals in the world who create these amazing pieces," she said in a recent Vogue interview for their September cover issue.
Vibrant look
As she strolled through the bustling streets of New York to publicize the film, Lively was snapped in a brightly hued top adorned with a variety of flowers, ranging in size from tiny to large, accompanied by a coordinating leather pencil skirt.
At the movie premiere, Lively disclosed that her husband, Reynolds, wrote the famous rooftop scene from the book for the film, adding with a laugh, "That's a little-known fact now."
"We collaborate on everything. He contributes to all my tasks, and I contribute to all his tasks," she stated to the media. "Thus, his accomplishments become my own, and my achievements become his."
Pretty in pink
She looked stunning on the red carpet in a pink Dauphinette mini-dress with a matching coat, both adorned with little floral details, at the Betty Blooms Pop-Up. She complemented the look with pink heels and a braid of flowers in her hair.
The actress wore a pink Versace mini-dress with a corseted lace top and flowing skirt with lace embellishments at the "It Ends with Us" premiere after-party in New York.
She complemented the dress with a coordinating all-pink ensemble, consisting of high heels, earrings, and rings, and opted to style her signature blonde hair in a cascading downdo.
Braving the rain
With a beaming smile on her face, Lively strolled through the rainy streets of New York City in a stunning Oscar de la Renta dress adorned with vibrant yellow, orange, and purple flowers, while also holding an umbrella.
Lively, who starred in "It Ends with Us," also made a cameo in the summer blockbuster "Deadpool & Wolverine" as Lady Deadpool.
