American Airlines sued by Ryan Seacrest's ex-girlfriend after sustaining injuries from a beverage with 'broken plastic' on the airline.

Shana Wall, who previously dated Ryan Seacrest, has filed a lawsuit against American Airlines for sustaining serious injuries from a beverage that allegedly contained "broken plastic and shards."

On August 12th, Wall, a former "Amazing Race" contestant, submitted legal documents in the Manhattan Supreme Court with the help of her lawyer, John J. Bailly.

Wall claims that American Airlines was obligated to provide uncontaminated and safe-to-eat beverages and food.

She suffered severe injury to her throat, esophagus, vocal cords, and digestive system after being served a drink in a glass containing broken plastic and shards.

Wall argues that the airline is strictly liable for the Plaintiff's injuries because it provided a contaminated and unfit beverage, which caused and created the dangerous, defective, and unsafe condition on the airplane.

Wall claims to have suffered multiple personal injuries.

The documents indicate that she suffered from sickness, soreness, lameness, and disability, which caused her to be confined to her home and bed. She also sustained a loss of enjoyment of life due to her injuries. As a result, she was unable to perform her job duties and incurred economic losses. The documents further state that she will continue to incur expenses for medical treatment and care.

Seacrest is being sued by Wall, his former girlfriend, for alleged negligence.

Neither American Airlines nor Wall responded promptly to Planet Chronicle Digital's inquiry for comment.
