Charles Barkley: "Dems lost election due to lack of strategy."
Barkley stated that solutions are what people desire.
In the 2024 presidential election, Vice President Kamala Harris was unable to win any red states that she had lost in 2020, while Donald Trump won all seven battleground states.
Since Harris' loss, the Democratic Party has faced criticism, and now Charles Barkley has added to the debate.
Trump won a second time because the Dems lacked a strategy.
"The immigration issue remains unsolved, and inflation has never been addressed. The use of celebrities to rally votes is pointless. I am a fan of Beyoncé, but it won't influence my voting decisions. You guys lost because you were foolish." - Barkley on "The Steam Room" podcast with his NBA on TNT co-host Ernie Johnson.
"Our lack of a game plan is to blame for not having concerts and rallies. People are seeking solutions, financial stability, and a secure border."
Barkley, a former CNN host, urged those dissatisfied with the outcome to move on.
I wish him nothing but the best, but we lost. And I just want to say this to the Democrats: I’m an Independent who voted Democratic. Do me this favor, shut the f--- up. When you win, you get to say what you want to. When you lose, you need to shut the hell up.
"While I don't agree with Trump's policies, I respect the office of the presidency and will not judge all his supporters as racist."
Trump received 312 electoral votes in the 30 states he won, while Harris obtained 226.
