The incident did not harm the Democratic vice presidential candidate.
On Labor Day, while on the way to a campaign stop in Wisconsin, several vehicles in Minnesota Gov. Tim Walz's motorcade were involved in a minor crash, resulting in some minor injuries, according to Walz.
"On the way to the event today, some of my staff and members of the press who were traveling with us were involved in a traffic accident. However, I am relieved to report that everyone involved sustained only minor injuries and will be okay. Thank you."

A Walz staff member was seen with a broken arm and received medical attention at the scene, according to a pool report by a reporter.
On Monday, a crash occurred between vans in the motorcade near the back just before 1 p.m., while they were traveling from the airport to LaborFest.
"The pool reporter stated that everyone else seems to be okay despite appearing shaken, while our van was violently thrown forward and hit from behind, slamming into the one in front of us."

The cause of the crash isn’t yet known.
After delivering his speech at LaborFest, Walz visited injured staffers at a hospital.
On Monday, Walz addressed union workers while Harris campaigned in Pittsburgh and Detroit.
