NFL's most overrated quarterback, according to a poll, receives a response from Bills' Josh Allen.
In addition to being named the NFL's best trash-talker, Allen also received the award.
A recent ESPN poll named Josh Allen as the NFL's most overrated quarterback.
The star quarterback is unbothered.
During a recent interview with Adam Schein on Sirius XM's Mad Dog Sports Radio, Allen stated that his reaction to 11 players not liking him, even though they were not on his team, was not anger, but rather acceptance, as it was ranked as number one.
"I believe that's a term of endearment. When other players dislike me, it means I'm doing something correctly."
While Tua Tagovailoa and Jalen Hurts each received 10 votes, Allen only got 11 out of a total of 103 votes.
The 28-year-old quarterback was more upset that he never gets to participate in polls.
He expressed frustration because he is never invited to participate in anonymous surveys.
"Hopefully, I get the link to the next one."
Although he was voted the least impressive quarterback by many, his peers ranked him fourth best, behind Mahomes, Jackson and Burrow.
In the previous season, Allen came in fifth place in MVP voting, while Jackson won the award for the second time in his career.
Allen was not only the most overrated quarterback, but he was also voted the best trash-talker and had a hilarious reaction to that on X.
Baker Mayfield received 16 votes, while the Wyoming product garnered 27 votes, securing the top spot.
The Arizona Cardinals will face Allen's Bills at home on Sept. 8, as the season begins for both teams.
