On Friday, the New York Yankees' thrilling grand slam, hit by Aaron Judge, did more than just secure a win over the Boston Red Sox.

The Yankee's captain was placed in a unique category in MLB History due to the force of the blast.

Only three players have ever hit 50+ home runs, 30+ doubles, 120+ walks, and 130+ RBIs in a single season.

In 1920, Babe Ruth did it twice, and in 2001, Barry Bonds did it. Now, in the 2024 season, Aaron Judge is doing it.

In the Yankees' 5-4 comeback victory, Judge hit a grand slam and walked once.

In the first inning, the judge walked for the 120th time this season, and his four RBIs from the grand slam increased his RBI total to 130 for the season.

He is currently experiencing another impressive season that may lead to his second MVP award in three years.

The big leagues' leading home run and RBI hitter is the center fielder, with a batting average of .321.

On Aug. 26, the six-time All-Star hit two home runs against the Colorado Rockies, bringing his season total to 62 home runs, which is one away from breaking his own American League record set in 2022.

Despite hitting a home run in the previous game, Judge went on a 16-game streak without hitting a home run, which was the longest of his career.

In the 7th inning, the three-time Silver Slugger ended his homerless streak with a grand slam, giving the Yankees a 5-4 lead.

The Yankees' victory over the Orioles on Friday increased their lead in the American League East to three games.

The Red Sox aim to close the gap in the division when they face the Yankees again on Saturday.
