Tim Scott claims that the Democratic Party is losing its sanity as its race-based coalition disintegrates.
A possible VP candidate for Trump tells Sean Hannity that Biden's efforts to appeal to Black communities are unsuccessful.
Sen. Tim Scott, R-S.C., stated that the Democratic Party is "losing its mind" because they are losing voters and he believes "we need four more years of Donald Trump."
On "Hannity" Wednesday, the possible VP pick stated that their race-based coalition was falling apart due to race-baiting tactics used to maintain votes.
"People from different ethnic backgrounds, including African-Americans, Hispanics, White folks, and Asians, are uniting to support Donald Trump because a secure southern border will reduce migrant crime in low-income areas. This will also lead to more open schools throughout the country."
Trump will restore law and order, and the Biden campaign's "pandering" to Black voters is not effective, according to Scott.
"Donald Trump will restore law and order, ending the devastating crime that's plaguing inner cities under blue mayors."
One reason Biden is losing support to Trump, according to Scott, is that the justice system is perceived as being corrupt under Biden's leadership.
Alvin Bragg, Manhattan District Attorney, ran for office with the goal of imprisoning Donald Trump during the New York trial against him.
To restore confidence in the Justice Department and Lady Justice, we must fire Merrick Garland, and to do that, we need to fire Joe Biden and elect Donald Trump, he stated.
"Independent voters need a fair and just America. A two-tiered justice system won't achieve that. Weaponizing the DOJ against political opponents won't achieve that."
This year, the senator assisted in organizing a significant fundraiser for Trump prior to the South Carolina primary, and he recently attended a high-priced fundraiser in New York City for the former president.
The only Black Republican in the Senate, Scott, has launched a $14 million campaign to persuade Black and other non-White working class voters to support Trump, which he believes could determine the outcome of the November elections.
Over the past five months, the South Carolina senator has emerged as a top Trump surrogate and is among the few contenders being considered as Trump's running mate for the 2024 Republican ticket.
Analysts suggest that Scott, a Black evangelical, could significantly reduce Biden's advantage among minority voters.
