A fight broke out in a Panera location in Glendale, with a witness praising a worker as their personal hero.
An unruly customer was hit with a pan by a Panera Bread worker during a wild brawl at a Colorado location.
An individual knocked items off a counter and demanded the phone in a profanity-laden incident that took place at the Panera location in Glendale on Tuesday, as reported by KDVR.
The individual turns around and directs a racial slur at the male bystander who told him to get out.
The woman responds, "No one has your phone." when the customer requests a phone again.
"Stop it, grow up, get out of here," a male voice says before the customer starts knocking over more items.
A physical struggle ensues in the restaurant as the individual turns around and knocks the male bystander to the ground, and a third person becomes involved.

"Call the police on this guy," a man says.
Natalie Wiersma, the witness who recorded the video, stated to KDVR that "the next person actually tried to stop the attack and did their best to hold them down."
She referred to the worker swinging the pan as her "personal hero."
"That I think was very effective," Wiersma added.
One person sustained minor injuries during the incident, but the customer has not been located after leaving the store, according to Glendale Police.
Neither Panera Bread nor the Glendale Police Department provided a comment on Thursday in response to requests from Planet Chronicle Digital.
