The cause of the stoppage of the popular attraction remains unknown.
Several thrill-seekers experienced a nightmare at Knott's Berry Farm in Buena Park when they were stranded on a ride.
On Monday at approximately 2 p.m., the "Sol Spin" ride at Knott's Berry Farm experienced technical difficulties, causing the ride to stop midcycle, according to a spokesperson for the park.
Riders' legs dangled in midair on the ride, as captured by FOX 11 Los Angeles.
By 4:30 p.m., the 22 guests were safely evacuated following the ride manufacturer's and amusement park's emergency procedures, as officials stated.
Despite no injuries being reported, officials transported two guests to the hospital for further evaluation out of an abundance of caution.
It is unknown what caused the ride to stop working.
The "Sol Spin" is a high-speed spinning ride that rotates riders in three directions simultaneously, giving them a real sense of being airborne while suspended and flipping above the ground, according to the park's website.
The Sol Spin ride is a thrilling adventure for the brave, as guests rotate 360 degrees on one of six spinning arms, each arm providing a unique experience.
