Video footage captures the aftermath of a small plane crash onto a Texas roadway with a split fuselage and damaged vehicles.
At the time of the crash, the FAA stated that only the pilot was on board the aircraft.
A small plane crashed onto a busy Texas roadway, splitting into two pieces and causing damage to vehicles and scattering debris.
On Wednesday at 3 p.m., a crash took place at an intersection in Victoria, as stated by the Victoria Police Department.
The FAA confirmed to Planet Chronicle Digital that the twin-engine Piper PA-31 had only the pilot on board at the time of the crash.
According to a police spokesperson, the aircraft crashed at a busy intersection and hit three vehicles. The number of people involved and their injury status are unknown, officials said.

Police and firefighters responded to the crash.
The plane crashed after being in the air for approximately five hours following its departure from Victoria Regional Airport at 9:52 a.m., according to FlightAware.
The Victoria Police Department and the FAA are continuing to investigate
