Nicole Parker, a former FBI Special Agent who collaborated with Trump's attorney general nominee, stated that Bondi is a trustworthy individual who would prosecute fairly and adhere to the U.S. Constitution if confirmed.

Parker stated that she collaborated with Bondi following the February 2018 Stoneman Douglas massacre in Parkland, Florida, which resulted in the deaths of 17 students. She emphasized that Bondi's compassionate nature and practical approach aided the community during the tragic shooting.

Pam Bondi, who was the attorney general at the time, quickly arrived in South Florida to support her constituents during a tragic incident. As an FBI Special Agent assigned to the Violent Crime Squad, I was responding to the incident.

"Pam's tender heart, compassion, and genuine care for the people she serves were what truly inspired and touched me," Parker said. "She possesses a unique balance of being tough and strong while also having a soul and showing compassion to the victims she helps."

Bondi's years of experience as Florida's top cop, according to Parker, are marked by her unwavering commitment to serving and protecting the American people.

"Given her history in Florida, it's clear to me that she will be tough on crime and make America safer. Her top priority, however, is not just saying what's necessary to advance her career, but rather standing up for what's true and being a woman of integrity. This is what we need in an attorney general."

Bondi has been a Trump loyalist since his first term in office and has represented him during his first impeachment, serving as one of his lawyers and remaining a vocal advocate.

On Wednesday, Bondi's questions centered on her loyalty to the incoming president. Parker praised Bondi's personal integrity and class, which he believes will make her a valuable addition to the Cabinet.

"From my personal experience with her, she is a woman of integrity, class, brilliance, and smartness. She is also kind, compassionate, and genuinely cares. In my opinion, she is doing the right thing for the right reasons and will excel in her role as she always has."

Trump's nominee for the Department of Justice pledged during her congressional hearing to put an end to the politicization of the justice system, stating that she would not discriminate against individuals based on their political beliefs.

"Bondi stated that the weaponization of politics has been a major issue in the past four years, particularly with the targeting of Donald Trump. She emphasized that as attorney general, she would not politicize the office or target individuals based on their political affiliation."

Parker mirrored Bondi's statement, declaring to Planet Chronicle Digital that she will "defend what is just."

"Unfortunately, the lack of something has been evident recently, particularly in this administration," she stated. "Personally, as someone who has worked in the FBI and reported to the Department of Justice and Attorney General Merrick Garland, I can attest to the fact that the current administration's goal was more pleasing. However, I was taken aback by some Democrats' questions regarding the potential politicization of the Department of Justice. I couldn't help but wonder where they had been the past four years, as the Department of Justice has been politicized at an unprecedented level. With over 13 years of experience in the FBI, I have witnessed firsthand the politicization of the Department of Justice."

"Parker stated that Americans are fed up with the two-tier system of justice and want fairness. They desire Lady Justice to be blind once again and an attorney general who will equally and fairly enforce the laws."

Senators question Pam Bondi on restoring trust in DOJ

If confirmed, Bondi will prioritize cracking down on human traffickers, violent crime, counterterrorism, and illegal drug use plaguing the nation, according to Parker.

""In my view, the Justice Department has been misguided in its priorities for the past few years, and we must prioritize protecting the public over political gamesmanship," she stated."

"Parker stated that Bondi possesses a clear vision and understanding of her goals and priorities, and she made it clear that she does not intend to push political and social agendas like in the past."

State attorneys general desire strong leadership and a restoration of trust in the top prosecuting agencies, as she observed.

Parker commended Bondi for her clear expression of gratitude towards the exceptional law enforcement officers who risk their lives daily to safeguard Americans and uphold the Constitution. She also shared her experience of collaborating with exceptional prosecutors and agents who work diligently behind the scenes.

"The rank and file, those performing the strenuous work, are excited to have Bondi as the next AG," she stated. "They desire a powerful leader and eagerly anticipate an AG with a proven record of holding criminals accountable and restoring the public's trust."

In her opening statement, Bondi pledged to restore the Justice Department's focus on public safety and aggressively pursuing criminal offenders if appointed as attorney general.

"Gangs, drugs, terrorists, cartels, our border, and foreign adversaries are all included in getting back to basics," she stated.

Like Trump, Bondi believes the DOJ is on the brink of a new era of success.

"To restore confidence and integrity to the Department of Justice and its components, I will fight every day, eliminating partisanship and weaponization. America will have a justice system that treats everyone equally," she stated.
