Report: Crowd on Bourbon Street feared dead after car plows into them
Reports suggest that multiple individuals may have perished after a vehicle allegedly collided with New Year's Eve festivities on Bourbon Street in New Orleans.
Authorities report that several people may have been killed after a car crashed into a group of people on Bourbon Street in New Orleans.
"A mass casualty incident has occurred on Canal and Bourbon Street. Stay away from the area," NOLA Ready advised on social media.
According to WGNO, the incident took place at approximately 3:15 a.m. near the intersection of Bourbon Street and Iberville.
Authorities have not confirmed the number of victims involved in the incident.
