Police locate Domino's pizza delivery driver's car in Wisconsin.
On January 14th, 42-year-old Shuefaub Xiong vanished from Apple Valley, Minnesota.
The search for a missing Domino's pizza delivery driver in Minnesota continues after his car was found over 100 miles away in Wisconsin on Sunday.
The Apple Valley Police Department in Minnesota stated on Monday that a witness reported seeing Shuefaub Xiong, 42, driving his red Toyota Camry in Superior, Wisconsin, at approximately 4 p.m. on Saturday.
On Sunday, police found Xiong's Toyota Camry abandoned in Superior, approximately 170 miles north of Apple Valley, where he was last seen on Jan. 14 after failing to return home from work at Domino's, according to authorities.
Xiong spoke with a friend in Roseville, Minnesota, at around 8 p.m. on Saturday, but the police are unsure how he traveled or if he used a different car to return to the state.
Xiong's "uncharacteristic behavior" has led investigators to believe he may be experiencing a mental health crisis. Despite this, there is no evidence that he poses a threat to others. Xiong is known to carry a firearm and has a permit to do so.
On Jan. 14, at 6 p.m., Xiong disappeared after failing to complete four scheduled deliveries. Despite conducting searches in each location where he was supposed to make a delivery, the police were unable to locate him.
The last known sighting of Xiong was on Jan. 14 at a Target in Richfield, Minnesota, but he was also thought to have been in Golden Valley at some point.
No leads have been found in the investigation of Xiong's phone location, bank records, and social media accounts, according to police.
Xiong was described as "the most thoughtful, kind, and selfless person we know" and "the one who always puts others before himself" by friends and family on a GoFundme page.
The disappearance of our family member has left us devastated, and every moment without him feels like an eternity. We are doing everything we can to ensure his safe return.
An Asian male, Xiong stands at 5 feet, 8 inches tall and weighs 215 pounds, with brown hair and eyes.
Anyone with information about Xiong's location was asked to contact (952) 953-2700 by authorities.
