The driver of the suspicious vehicle would drive slowly alongside the girls, occasionally driving in reverse against traffic to follow them.
"The driver frequently used hand gestures, such as waving, to attract the attention of juveniles, and at one point, appeared to be signaling for one juvenile to get into the back seat of the vehicle," police stated. "Despite not speaking to any of the juveniles, the driver attempted to lure them by playing loud pop music commonly associated with teenage girls."
The driver was described by police as a White male adult with light brown hair and beard, around 25 years old, standing at 5 feet 5 inches tall, and weighing between 120 to 130 pounds.
A black 2008 Jeep Cherokee 4-door with left rear quarter panel damage was involved in an accident, according to police.
Parents should speak to their children about safety and "stranger danger" after police issued a warning about an incident.
