Judge denies bail for wealthy Florida real estate brothers' 'trophies' uncovered by feds.
Over 40 women were interviewed by investigators regarding sexual misconduct allegations against Tal, Oren, and Alon Alexander.
Last month, three affluent brothers were charged with drugging and subsequently assaulting and raping numerous women across different states. Authorities claim that new video proof in the case reveals the "horrific" nature of their alleged offenses.
Two prominent jet-setting brokers, Tal and Oren Alexander, along with their brother Alon Alexander, were arrested in Miami Beach on Dec. 11 and are currently in federal custody.
Over 40 women have reported being forcibly raped or sexually assaulted by at least one of the Alexander Brothers, according to a recent letter by the prosecution, obtained by Planet Chronicle Digital.
In the letter filed last week and addressed to U.S. District Judge Valerie Caproni, prosecutors stated that "one or more of the Alexander Brothers drugged their victim prior to the rape" in many of the alleged instances.
On Wednesday, prosecutors argued against granting bail to the brothers, stating that their "motivation to escape is extremely high" due to their foreign connections.
Judge Caproni denied bail to the Alexander brothers after hearing arguments for three hours. She found them to be a flight risk and a danger to the community due to the strong evidence against them.
The letter accuses each of the brothers of forcible rape between 2002 and 2021, with at least 10 women making separate allegations against each of them.
On December 11, authorities carried out a search warrant at Tal Alexander's apartment in a Manhattan skyscraper known as "Billionaire's Row." During the search, several hard drives were found and confiscated, including one containing a substantial amount of sexually explicit videos and images, as stated in the letter and prosecutor's testimony during Wednesday's hearing.
Oren and Tal Alexander previously shared the apartment, and a letter states that photos and videos were discovered on a hard drive in a closet that contained items belonging to Oren.
The photos and videos obtained show "at least Oren, Alon, and several others recording or photographing themselves with women in a drunken and naked state," and in several videos, "the women were initially unaware they were being recorded and became upset and tried to hide or flee from the camera after realizing they were being filmed," according to prosecutors.
The letter states that videos discovered in Tal Alexander's apartment depict Alon and Oren Alexander, along with other men, having sexual contact with women who are visibly under the influence of alcohol or other substances. In some instances, at least one of the brothers and another man physically manipulated the women's bodies to engage in sexual activity, even though the women did not actively participate or turn away.
The "depraved nature" and "immense danger" of the brothers' actions are revealed by the new evidence, prosecutors explained.
The discovery of video trophies of the defendants' criminal conduct in Tal Alexander's residence within the past month implies that the defendants have not put an end to their criminal activities.
According to a federal indictment filed in December, the Alexander brothers are accused of working together and with others, both known and unknown, to repeatedly and violently drug, sexually assault, and rape victims in New York, Miami, and other locations.
The three brothers were accused of conspiring to commit sex trafficking and sexually exploiting one woman through force, fraud or coercion. Additionally, Tal Alexander was charged with sexually exploiting a second victim.
The Alexander brothers were involved in a sex trafficking conspiracy and repeatedly engaged in rape and sexual assault, both planned and opportunistic, of multiple victims they encountered or recruited for such events, according to prosecutors.
Since at least 2010, the three brothers were involved in a sex-trafficking scheme, but prosecutors claim that their sexual abuse of women extends beyond that timeframe, dating back to their high school days in Miami.

According to court records, the three brothers' defense attorneys have maintained that they did not engage in any sexual assaults and that their relationships with the accusers were consensual.
This week, attorneys for Tal Alexander submitted a letter to Judge Caproni, challenging the prosecution's case by stating that it lacks specifics regarding when and how many videos were taken, whether the defendants were present in any of the videos, if the alleged participants have been identified, and whether the videos depict non-consensual sexual activity.
In her view, the women in the videos appeared visibly incapacitated and therefore, in her opinion, that constituted rape.
In 2022, Oren and Tal Alexander founded Official, a real estate firm that specializes in luxury listings in cities such as New York City, the Hamptons, Miami, and Los Angeles. The brothers had previously worked their way up the ranks at Douglas Elliman, one of the largest real estate brokerages in the country, according to prosecutors.
According to CBS News, their past clients include Kim Kardashian and Kanye West, Liam Gallagher and Lindsay Lohan.
Although Alon Alexander, 37, did not work in real estate, he was friends with them.

The Alexander brothers remain in custody in Florida and will be relocated to New York next week, the judge stated. They are likely to be housed at the Metropolitan Detention Center (MDC), the same prison where Sean "Diddy" Combs and Sam Bankman-Fried are currently being held.
The next status conference in the case is scheduled for Jan. 29.
