Early Monday morning, three individuals were sent to the hospital due to a scaffolding collapse in New York City, prompting a response from fire crews.
At approximately 9 a.m. in Manhattan, a call was received at 245 West 29th Street, as confirmed by officials to Planet Chronicle Digital.
A French restaurant, wardrobe supply, and photography business are located in a building near Madison Square Garden between 7th and 8th avenues in Chelsea, as seen on Google Maps with scaffolding present.
No building stability issues were discovered, FDNY said.
FOX 5 New York recorded footage of debris on the sidewalk and street, with safety teams working to stabilize the area.
Two individuals were in serious condition and another was in critical condition after being transported to Bellevue Hospital, but no details were provided regarding the cause of the collapse.
