A school uniform-wearing boy, standing at 4 feet 9 inches, is the subject of a missing person search.
A nine-year-old schoolboy in New York City may or may not be grounded after being caught on camera playing hooky from class.
Helicopter reporter Dan Rice was the first to discover a schoolboy safe and sound on the rooftop of his family's apartment building.
The NYPD arrived on the scene and escorted the child back to safety, giving the helicopter a thumbs up. Helicopter reporter Dan Rice of FOX 5 said, "It's actually a pretty cool feeling to be able to find them and reunite the parents with them." The NYPD did not immediately respond to Planet Chronicle Digital's request for comment.
