Last week, ERO Baltimore arrested him in Maryland after nearly a year of being allowed to roam freely in the U.S.
"ERO Baltimore acting Deputy Field Office Director Vernon Liggins stated that the Colombian fugitive, who is wanted by authorities in his home country for allegedly committing violent crimes, attempted to hide from justice in Maryland. However, ERO Baltimore's officers are the best in the world at finding people who don't want to be found, and they will not allow Maryland communities to become safe havens for the world's bad actors. ERO Baltimore will continue to prioritize public safety by apprehending egregious noncitizen offenders."

The House Judiciary Committee Republicans have released a scathing new report revealing that the Biden-Harris administration has allowed dozens of individuals on terror watchlists to enter the United States.
According to a report by Republicans on the House Judiciary Committee, at least 99 illegal aliens on the terrorist watchlist who were encountered by Border Patrol at the southwest border between fiscal years 2021 and 2023 have been released into American communities by the Biden-Harris Administration, with at least 34 others still in DHS custody but not yet removed from the United States.
The report states that the untold numbers of potential terrorists who evaded Border Patrol and entered the United States as part of nearly 2 million "gotaways" since the beginning of the Biden-Harris Administration are not included in the given numbers.

The interim report stated that national security experts and immigration officials are worried about the threat of terrorism from the border, and that policymakers must take all necessary steps to secure the border and stop the flow of illegal aliens. However, the Biden-Harris Administration has not addressed the national security crisis caused by its open-borders agenda.
