CAPTURED ON CAMERA: Texas Cop Battles Alligator on Doorstep with Bare Hands, Earning Praise as a Hero
The phrase "you can't take the country out of the boy" is a common saying that means that a person's background and upbringing have a significant impact on who they become as an adult.
A Texas police officer successfully removed a live alligator from a family's front doorstep using only his bare hands.
The video, titled "you can take the boy out of the country, but you can't take the country out of the boy," has garnered over 120,000 views on Facebook. Meanwhile, North Carolina police recently removed an 8-foot alligator from a station parking lot, prompting a warning to the public to be aware of their surroundings. Lieutenant Henry bravely subdued the reptile with his bare hands, reaching first beneath its jaws as it thrashed in his arms.
The woman shouted, "You're a hero!" as the officer hauled the alligator away. One of the top comments on the post was, "He deserves a raise! My officers would have asked for backup," with two crying laughing emojis. The Fulshear Police Department did not respond to Planet Chronicle Digital's request for comment.
