An official from the Democratic party was arrested for DUI and allegedly asked the arresting officer a crude question.
Chicago police apprehended Cook County Board of Review Commissioner Samantha Steele.
An officer was subjected to repeated impolite comments about their genitals by a Democratic official during a drunken driving arrest, according to the Chicago police.
According to a police report reviewed by the Chicago Sun-Times, Democratic Board of Review Commissioner Samantha Steele was discovered lying on the ground beside two vehicles with "extensive" damage at approximately 8:50 p.m on Sunday.
The woman, 45 years old, confessed to driving under the influence of alcohol and causing the accident.
According to the report, a bottle of red wine was found open in her car.
"The officer noted in a report that her eyes were red and watery, and he smelled alcohol on her breath while she spoke."
According to allegations, Steele refused to undergo sobriety tests and informed police that she wanted her lawyer when asked about the number of drinks she consumed prior to the accident.
During her arrest, Steele allegedly asked an officer, "Is your penis that small?"
According to the Chicago Sun-Times, she was sent for a medical examination at a nearby hospital after complaining of pain from head injuries. There, she requested that another member of the Cook County Board of Commissioners come to the hospital to serve as her lawyer.
Scott Britton, the lawyer, recommended her to another lawyer because he is not a criminal lawyer.
The Chicago Sun-Times reported that Steele's court date is on Dec. 27, but she could not be reached for comment.
