An illegal immigrant from Senegal, who had previously been arrested and released, is wanted for murder in Brazil and has been apprehended by ICE.

In Philadelphia, an illegal immigrant from Senegal was arrested by ICE agents after being wanted for murder in Brazil.

In Philadelphia on Dec. 10, ICE officials announced the arrest of Gora Tourie Fall, a 34-year-old Senegalese citizen, during a targeted enforcement operation.

In April 2021, Eagle Pass, Texas, officials announced that Fall, a person, was caught and then released by the Biden-Harris administration's Border Patrol.

An immigration judge ordered Fall to appear before them, and they were released on parole.

In May, ICE became aware of an outstanding arrest warrant for Fall in Brazil.

Fall is now being held in ICE custody pending removal proceedings.

The White House did not respond to Planet Chronicle Digital's request for comment on the arrest.

According to a House report from August, nearly 100 illegal immigrants on the terror watch list were released into the United States by the Biden administration, and Border Patrol agents have encountered migrants on the watch list from over 40 different countries.

According to a report by Republicans on the House Judiciary Committee, at least 99 illegal aliens on the terrorist watchlist who were encountered by Border Patrol at the southwest border between fiscal years 2021 and 2023 have been released into American communities by the Biden-Harris Administration, with at least 34 others still in DHS custody but not yet removed from the United States.

The interim report by the staff revealed that immigration judges granted bond to at least 27 migrants on the watch list who entered illegally. Additionally, Border Patrol has encountered tens of thousands of migrants from countries that could present national security risks, including 2,134 Afghan nationals, 33,347 Chinese nationals, 541 Iranian nationals, 520 Syrian nationals, and 3,104 Uzbek nationals.

The report states that the number of potential terrorists who entered the United States undetected by Border Patrol is not included in the 2 million "gotaways" since the start of the Biden-Harris Administration.

In June, committee staff provided information to the report, which discovered that Border Patrol encountered migrants on the terror watch list from 36 different countries, including those with an active terror presence, such as Afghanistan, Iraq, Lebanon, Pakistan, Somalia, Syria, Tajikistan, and Yemen.

The report states that national security experts and immigration officials are worried about the threat of terrorism coming from the border. They believe that policymakers must take all necessary steps to secure the border and stop the flow of illegal aliens. However, the Biden-Harris Administration is not addressing the national security crisis caused by its open-borders agenda.

In October, a committee released a report that stated over 1.7 million migrants have been detected at the U.S. border and are believed to originate from countries that pose a threat to national security.

According to a congressional staff briefing by Department of Homeland Security officials, the report indicates the number of "special interest aliens" (SIAs) originated from countries identified by the U.S. government as promoting or protecting terrorism or posing a national security threat to the U.S.
