A thief who descended into a bowling alley through rappelling is being sought by Tennessee police.

A burglar who stole $1,500 in cash from a bowling alley business in Tennessee is being sought by police.
In Murfreesboro, Tennessee, a burglar broke into Lanes Trains and Automobiles by cutting a hole in the roof and rappelling down a rope, according to police. Additionally, the burglary involved cutting a hole through some drywall.
On Sunday at approximately 2:59 a.m., a burglar was captured on surveillance footage with a hammer and prying tool.
The video reveals the thief attempting to open a cash register with no money, but successfully breaking into an ATM and a game card recharging machine, resulting in the theft of approximately $1,500.
An employee of Lanes Trains and Automobiles found that the business had been broken into at approximately 7:50 a.m. through a side door.
The suspect is believed to be a man, standing at about 6 feet tall and weighing around 170 pounds. The footage from surveillance cameras reveals that the burglar had a green camouflage balaclava on to conceal his face.
No suspects have been arrested as of Tuesday, Nov. 12, and a general manager declined to comment on the incident when reached by Planet Chronicle Digital.
