A former FBI special agent advises Americans to remain cautious after the Las Vegas and New Orleans attacks.
A guest at Trump Las Vegas recounted the moment the Tesla Cybertruck exploded near the hotel entrance.
A former FBI special agent is urging Americans to exercise caution when attending large-scale national events following two deadly incidents that occurred consecutively on New Year's Day.
Unfortunately, we can expect to witness such events continuing to happen, whether they are motivated by ISIS or radical Islamic terrorism, mass shootings, or the actions of a deranged CEO like the one at UnitedHealthcare, as Nicole Parker, a former FBI special agent and Planet Chronicle Contributor, stated on Planet Chronicle Digital.
"Large gatherings and groups of people will be highly active due to numerous events approaching."
On New Year's Day, a truck driven by Shamsud-Din Jabbar crashed into a crowd on Bourbon Street in New Orleans, resulting in the deaths of over a dozen people and injuries to many others. Following the incident, Parker issued warnings.
In 2025, a Tesla Cybertruck was destroyed in front of the Trump Hotel Las Vegas, causing fear and chaos.
Since the Oct. 7, 2023 massacre of the Hamas terror attacks on the Jewish State, there has been a lead-up in our nation that has been both shocking and devastating, as stated by Parker.
From October 7th onwards, our country experienced a significant change in terms of terrorism activity, as stated by Parker.
The Middle East was a hub of activity, with many terrorist groups that were previously thought to be extinct becoming active again. This occurred under the Trump administration and was exacerbated by the upheaval in the region.
"The US, under the Biden administration, has been intensely focused on combating domestic terrorism, particularly from homegrown violent extremists and White supremacists, who have been identified as the top threat. There has been a significant amount of activity in this regard. As Christopher Wray stated, alarms have been raised."
Unfortunately, as we have witnessed in Las Vegas and New Orleans, it is only a matter of time before the next strike occurs, according to Parker.
In the upcoming weeks and months, we will face significant events that may attract attention from those seeking to cause harm. These events, such as the Super Bowl, College Football National Championship, and President-elect Trump's inauguration, could lead to destruction.
The FBI, Las Vegas Police Department, and other agencies are still investigating the cause of 37-year-old Matthew Livelsberger, an active-duty U.S. Army special operations soldier from Colorado Springs, blowing up a Cybertruck in front of the Trump Las Vegas hotel on Tuesday morning.
Planet Chronicle Digital reported on the chaos and mess that occurred in the hours after the explosion, as described by several guests who were staying at the hotel at the time.
Laurie Parent, who had already taken her dogs outside to relieve themselves, returned to her hotel and fed them before heading back outside. However, she missed the explosion by mere seconds as she walked through the door with her dogs at 8:48.
Carlos Reyes narrated his morning experience at the hotel. As he woke up, he heard a popping sound and a cleaning sound. He exclaimed, "What the heck is that?" Suddenly, he heard police sirens and saw smoke coming out of a window on the 23rd floor. The hotel was located on the corner room upstairs.
Chris Petrotta, a hotel guest celebrating his anniversary, described the surreal experience of walking down here and seeing the Cybertruck still on fire with a lot of smoke going inside.
These attacks serve as crucial reminders to remain vigilant, be mindful of your surroundings, and contact law enforcement if you observe or hear anything suspicious, as Parker emphasized.
Parker stated that it is crucial to remember that the public plays a role in solving problems because often, when individuals commit acts of terrorism, violence, or mass shootings, they give some sort of indication beforehand.
While Americans should not be afraid, they should use caution in major events and daily life, as advised by Parker.
"We must not allow violent criminals to succeed, and we cannot live in fear. However, it is crucial to be vigilant and trust your instincts. Unfortunately, this issue will not be resolved," Parker stated.
"Unfortunately, this is the society we live in, and it's necessary to take precautions to reduce risk."
Although she is thrilled about Trump's impending inauguration, she believes that significant changes will not occur until elected officials make tangible advancements and the FBI takes action.
President Trump's policies are likely to bring about the things that I love, but I'm concerned about the people who are quietly sitting here. We don't know when they'll act out, like on 9/11. I don't know when the immigrants who crossed the border will decide to act out, and it could happen at any time.
The authorities are still investigating whether Livelsberger's actions were an act of terrorism and determining a motive.
Special agent in charge Spencer Evans of the Las Vegas FBI stated, "Although we are aware that the Tesla vehicle is in front of the Trump building, we do not have any definitive information suggesting that it was due to a specific ideology."
