A climber who went missing in Glacier National Park has not been found days after their last sighting.
Last seen in Glacier National Park on Sunday, Grant Marcuccio, a 32-year-old man from Montana, disappeared.
The search for the missing climber in Glacier National Park has been ongoing for four days now.
On Sunday evening, park rangers were informed that Grant Marcuccio, a 32-year-old man from Whitefish, Montana, had gone missing.
"According to a National Park Service (NPS) press release, Marcuccio separated from his party while hiking from Heavens Peak to McPartland Peak. He was last seen heading toward McPartland, but did not arrive at the rendezvous spot as planned."
Since Monday, rescuers have been searching for Marcuccio using Two Bear Air Rescue flights, rangers, and search teams. On Wednesday, a helicopter from the Forest Service helped bring search teams to the area and flew over to search for him.
A 6-foot White male with short brown hair, brown eyes, and weighing 175 pounds is described as Marcuccio. He may be wearing brown shorts with a brown and white checkered shirt, according to NPS.
"Grant is a talented and experienced mountaineer, a kind person, and a good friend of mine. He is loved by all, and we are doing everything we can to find him."
Many individuals have expressed their prayers for Marcuccio's safe return, with hundreds of comments left on the topic.
