In the Super Bowl era, the youngest NFL player to score a touchdown is Braelon Allen of the Jets.
Since 1933, only two players younger than Allen have scored a touchdown.
On Sunday, Braelon Allen, the New York Jets rookie running back, had an outstanding performance against the Tennessee Titans, contributing to the team's 24-17 victory.
In the fourth quarter, Allen scored a rushing touchdown with a 20-yard scamper into the end zone, putting the Jets ahead with 4:31 left in the game. He also had seven carries for 33 yards and two catches for 23 yards and a receiving touchdown.
The Wisconsin product, who was a fourth-round draft pick earlier this year and made the 53-man roster after training camp, became a part of NFL history with his touchdowns on Sunday.
At 20 years and 239 days old, Allen became the youngest player in the Super Bowl era and the second-youngest player since 1933 to score a touchdown. He is the youngest player since 1933 with a rushing touchdown and a touchdown catch in the same game.
In his first true Jets win, Aaron Rodgers led the team to a victory when he went down early in the first quarter last season and Zach Wilson took over.
"These are the type of games you reflect on at the end of the season and appreciate having won," Rodgers stated. "To be a top team, we must triumph in these challenging situations against opponents like that."
Rodgers was 18-of-30 with 176 passing yards and two touchdown passes.
Running back Breece Hall had seven catches for 52 yards and ran for 62 yards, scoring the other touchdown.
