On "The Drew Barrymore Show" on Friday, Bertinelli discussed her recent viral post that she shared on social media.

She said, "I have been accepting my body, aging, and I saw myself in the light. And I thought, 'I'm not angry about that.'"
Bertinelli unveiled her midriff by lifting her red sweater, giving Barrymore and her viewers a closer look at her body.
The gesture got applause from Barrymore.
"As you can see, just like all the planks and sit-ups I've done, the saggy skin underneath is a result of 64 years of gravity," Bertinelli said. "But I'm proud of it because it's a testament to my age. It's a belly."
Bertinelli discussed the commentary she's received over the years regarding her body.
