Christina Hall is providing more details about her relationship with her former spouse, Josh Hall.

Christina revealed in an interview with Us Magazine that her former husband's insecurities made her life harder, particularly when it came to working with Tarek El Moussa on their new show "The Flip Off."

"Christina revealed that she would laugh at Tarek and receive the silent treatment for a week after filming the HGTV show with Josh likely accelerated their split."

"If someone had more confidence, they could say, 'This is my wife, but yes, she does this for TV. She was filming with Tarek when I met her,'" she said. "There was a reason that didn't make sense. You knew what you signed up for. I'm your wife, and I'm choosing you, but you're choosing to make my life harder because of your insecurities."

Christina mentioned filming "Flip or Flop" with El Moussa, despite their split years ago. The show premiered in 2013 and ended in 2022, four years after their divorce in 2018.

Josh and Christina only filmed one episode together for "The Flip Off," and she's content with her choice to proceed without him.

"Josh is not a TV host, house flipper, or designer. He was just my husband in the show, and no one will miss him not being in it. I built everything with Tarek and still have respect for him, but I have no respect for Josh."

The HGTV star, Josh, is not nervous about watching his marriage fall apart on "The Flip Off," which debuts Jan. 29.

"Some emotional scenes are definitely present. This is unlike anything I've ever filmed for TV, as it's incredibly real and raw," she stated.

Heather El Moussa, Tarek's wife, also stars in "The Flip Off." According to Us Magazine, she said filming was "improved" after Josh left.

Heather remarked, "Not to be rude, but he definitely didn't have the best personality. So, it's like a breath of fresh air. And Christina is in a really good place."

Christina was a guest on Sirius XM's "Jeff Lewis Live" on Friday and talked about her relationship with Josh and their current status seven months after filing for divorce.

Christina stated that she and the person she's referring to don't get along, and there's no chance of them getting along. She also mentioned how she often confronts him on social media.

Christina revealed that her marriage to Josh lasted three years, which was "a lot longer" than she had initially planned. She also stated that she only dated Josh for eight months before getting married, which she now regrets.

Christina and Ant Anstead's second marriage, which lasted only two years, ended in breakdown. The couple share a son, Hudson, who is five years old. Ant will be appearing on "The Flip Off" alongside Christina, Tarek, and Heather El Moussa.

She stated that one of the blessings from her marriage to Josh was that they did not have children, despite their upcoming trial to dissolve the marriage.

"He's not interested in mediation," Christina stated. "It's going to be enjoyable. I can't wait."

Christina discussed her relationship with Heather and stated that they've made significant progress.

"Yesterday, I had a great time with them, and it was so enjoyable. I couldn't help but think the whole time, "I really like her. I genuinely like her." I would love to hang out with her if the opportunity presented itself."

What if she wasn't married to your ex?

"Yes," Christina responded. "However, it's crucial that they remain united. They make an excellent pair."
