Prince William speaks out about rumors surrounding Queen Camilla's health.
Thomas Parker Bowles gave an update on his mother's health as she recovers from pneumonia.
Thomas Parker Bowles, the son of Queen Camilla, refuted rumors about his mother's health, stating that she is still recovering from pneumonia.
During a recent podcast appearance, a 49-year-old food writer and restaurant critic discussed the 77-year-old royal's health update.
At the start of the episode, which was posted on Sunday, host Freddy Clode inquired about the health of his mother, who had been feeling unwell. He wondered if she would be fully recovered for the holiday season.
Parker Bowles replied, "As these bugs go around, there's no great conspiracy theory or anything."
Camilla fell ill after joining King Charles on their royal tour of Australia and Samoa in October, as shared by him.
She went on a tour and got sick with a terrible bug. Despite not being fully recovered, she worked too hard as she usually does, according to Parker Bowles.
"Anyway, touch wood, everything will turn out okay," he said, using the British equivalent of the American expression "knock on wood."
"Will she be able to enjoy the run-up to Christmas?" Clode inquired.
"She's tough," Parker Bowles replied.
Camilla and Andrew Parker Bowles' son, Parker Bowles, is 84 years old and they also have a daughter, Laura Lopes, who is 46 years old.
In November, Buckingham Palace declared that Camilla had been diagnosed with a chest infection and would not participate in the United Kingdom's annual Remembrance weekend events.
Her Majesty will not attend this weekend's Remembrance events due to doctors' advice to recover from a seasonal chest infection and protect others from potential risk, as stated by People.
People reported that Camilla's chest infection was pneumonia during a Qatari state visit event last week, which caused concern after she canceled several additional appearances recently.
On Dec. 3, during a reception celebrating the 50th anniversary of Women's Aid, Camilla discussed her health.
She informed attendees that she was still a bit tired and it caught up on her, according to the Daily Mail.
