The show debuted in 2011 and ran for 14 seasons.
For over 60 years, the Law family has been producing whiskey at Law's Choice Distillery in Virginia, which they operate with their cousin, Henry Law.
Law grew up making and running moonshine with his cousin Henry, under the guidance of his uncle, the world-famous moonshiner, Amos Law.
Since childhood, Henry and Kenny have stood by each other. When prosecutors presented Kenny with the option to betray his fellow moonshiners or face imprisonment, he chose the same path as his cousin, Henry, upholding the code of silence and accepting years of federal imprisonment.
Other notable stars on the show include Mark Ramsey, Tim Smith, Digger Manes, and Amanda Bryant.
Bryant took to Instagram Wednesday to honor him.
"Kenny Law, a True Moonshine Legend, passed away last night," she captioned.
Your absence will be deeply felt, as it was a privilege to know you and consider you my friend. Rest in peace, dear friend. My thoughts and prayers are with the entire Law family during this difficult time. They are all dear friends of mine, and I am heartbroken for each of them.
"Rest In Peace Kenny Law Much Respect to you Always."
